These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of coiriva.com and any purchase made from Coiriva.
Coiriva is operated by PHAMCHUNG LLC.
By visiting our website, placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. ONLINE STORE TERMS
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction to purchase products from the Site, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You may not use our products or services for an unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
You may not transmit malware, harmful code, automated scraping tools, or any technology intended to disrupt the Site.
2. GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, limit quantities, suspend accounts, or restrict access where reasonably necessary to:
• Prevent fraud or abuse;
• Enforce these Terms;
• Protect customers or our business;
• Correct pricing or inventory errors; or
• Comply with applicable law.
Your submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance.
An order is accepted when we confirm or fulfill it, subject to payment authorization, inventory, fraud screening, and other reasonable checks.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, dimensions, colors, quantities, prices, and other information accurately.
Actual color, appearance, texture, density, expansion, or packaging may vary slightly due to:
• Natural material variation;
• Screen and device settings;
• Lighting;
• Manufacturing changes; or
• Packaging updates.
Coco coir is a natural growing-medium ingredient. Results may vary depending on hydration, storage, climate, plant species, nutrients, mixing ratios, drainage, watering practices, and other growing conditions.
Coco coir is not a complete fertilizer and does not replace all soil, compost, nutrients, amendments, or professional horticultural advice.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice.
The price charged is the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, except in cases of an obvious pricing, technical, or system error.
We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, payment, and contact information.
Payment is processed through Shopify and available third-party payment providers.
5. ORDERS AND QUANTITY LIMITS
We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, address, payment method, account, or order.
We may contact you if additional information is needed to verify or fulfill an order.
You are responsible for reviewing:
• Product selection;
• Pack size;
• Quantity;
• Shipping address;
• Email address; and
• Payment information
before completing checkout.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, emergencies, incorrect addresses, access restrictions, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss may transfer as provided by applicable law and carrier terms.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Opened, hydrated, expanded, mixed, planted, or otherwise used coco coir products may not be eligible for return unless damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by law.
8. ACCURACY OF ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for purchases and customer accounts.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized account use.
9. OPTIONAL AND THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
The Site may provide access to tools, applications, links, services, or payment methods supplied by third parties.
Third-party services are provided under their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, branding, logos, photographs, videos, layouts, product descriptions, and design elements, are owned by or licensed to PHAMCHUNG LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

If you submit a review, photo, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that:
• You have the right to submit it;
• It is truthful to the best of your knowledge;

• It does not contain malware or unauthorized advertising.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, adapt, and publish submitted content for operating and promoting our business, subject to applicable law.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
15. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless PHAMCHUNG LLC from claims, damages, losses, or expenses resulting from:
• Your unlawful use of the Site;
• Your breach of these Terms; or
• Your violation of another person’s rights.
16. SEVERABILITY

Obligations that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to PHAMCHUNG LLC in the State of Colorado, United States, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes become effective when posted on the Site with an updated revision date, except where additional notice is required by law.
