This Shipping Policy explains how Coiriva processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through our website.

By placing an order with Coiriva, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Shipping Policy. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to all purchases made through our online store.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully authorized.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and United States federal holidays.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

2. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our United States fulfillment center.

Shipping from within the United States allows us to provide faster and more reliable domestic delivery for our customers.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

After an order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is:

Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. federal holidays.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery dates are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery commitment.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may require up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier has accepted the shipment.

Orders may be shipped using reputable carriers including:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • Other qualified domestic carriers

Carrier selection is determined solely by Coiriva based on operational efficiency and service availability.

6. Customer Shipping Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Coiriva is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Invalid addresses or ZIP codes
  • Refused deliveries
  • Failure to collect a package from the carrier

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

Damage claims should be submitted within 7 calendar days after delivery and should include:

  • Order number
  • Photographs of the package
  • Photographs of the damaged product

Coiriva will investigate each case individually and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with carrier policies and applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Delivery Delays Beyond Our Control

Coiriva shall not be held liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Labor disputes
  • Government actions
  • Public emergencies
  • Force majeure events

9. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping fees, if any, are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

From time to time, Coiriva may offer promotional free shipping on qualifying orders. Such promotions may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.

10. Changes to Orders

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may be unable to modify:

  • Shipping address
  • Products ordered
  • Quantities
  • Shipping method
